Fezzan is now a place where your fleets can rest, with no risk of being attacked by the enemy.

In a near future, it should also become a trading place (where you can buy chocolate and luxury watches of course ;) ).

I haven't found time yet to work on a fully operational Fezzan, and obviously I will not have more time in the next days because I'm flying (again) to Tokyo soon ^^
I'll try to send a virtual postcard!
