 Post subject: Stationed fleets

I am just wondering what the point of having stationed fleets on each planet is, because they seem to do no damage when defending against an enemy as far as I have seen.

You're right: as any small fleet, a small stationed fleet alone won't do much harm. Especially since a stationed fleet can't play strategic cards. But with the help of allied fleets, it can help wining a battle. Cooperation is always (often at least) the key.
