FredoL is suggesting to show the "uncharted zone --> standard zone" moves to non-partisans only if there is a non-partisan fleet on the destination square nearby. Maybe it's a good idea too!

EDIT: @Driscoll (who answered before this editing): I mistranslated FredoL's thought, it's corrected now, sorry!

FredoL's idea seems reasonable to me.

The 2 conditions for see the see the move :
1) If there is a non-partisan fleet on the destination square
2) If there is a non-partisan fleet to go on the destination square

As discussed in FPA's private forum, there are some issues with ex-partisan fleets still hiding in the uncharted zone after the "peace" is over.
They should be encouraged to show up, maybe by...
- they should not continue to gain 20/2 new ships each day
- they should not be able to create new fleets

I'll will probably restrict it in a few weeks, so enjoy while you still can :)

I think the fact that ex-partisan fleets can't continue moving in uncharted zones after "peace" is over is enough of a handicap. They're forced to stay where they are if they want to remain hidden, so there's a large loss in mobility.

Agreed, since keeping ex-partisan fleets hidden from enemy fleets also cuts into the available manpower for any given player/side, as well.

The only thing that should be imposed : one week after "peace" is over, all the main fleets in uncharted zone must be detroyed (it's violent) or stop the 20 ships per day AND stop the creation of new fleets (but others fleets can continue to receive 2 ships per day).

Yes! And the players who own these fleets should be tortured to death!
Hmm... maybe a bit too extreme ;)
